Operational Guide

1. Credit System Mechanics (Bits)

Bits represent project credits used for file uploads, deliveries, and advanced features. One Bit is consumed exclusively upon initiating a new project and covers the entire lifecycle of that project, including file storage, encryption, and delivery. Bits are not expended during file revisions, preview generation, or support interactions. Allocation quantities and renewal cycles vary by subscription tier, with unused Bits expiring at the end of each billing cycle for recurring plans (except Hobby plan).

Example Calculation:
A Pro user with 10 included Bits creates 12 projects in a billing cycle:

The formula for calculating overage costs can be expressed as:

3. Project Lifecycle Protocol

Users may create projects up to their plan's concurrent limit. New projects cannot be initiated once Bit allocations are exhausted unless overage Bits are purchased or existing projects are archived. File size restrictions and watermarking policies apply according to subscription terms:

  • Hobby: bl0q watermark on all deliverables
  • Pro: Custom watermark removal
  • Premium: No watermark restrictions
  • Team: No watermark restrictions, custom branding available

Projects remain accessible until explicitly deleted or until plan termination, with permanent deletion requiring a 30-day notice for data compliance.


4. Overage Credit Framework

Additional Bits may be automatically purchased during project creation when plan limits are exceeded. Overage rates are fixed per plan tier (Pro: 0.20/Bit,Premium:0.20/Bit, Premium: 0.15/Bit, Team: $0.10/Bit), with bulk purchase discounts available for qualifying volumes:

Where RR represents the base overage rate for the user's plan tier.

All overage transactions are itemized in monthly invoices. Unused overage Bits expire concurrently with standard allocations.


5. HYPR-R0UT Client Interface

The HYPR-R0UT system enables secure file delivery to clients via time-limited access tokens (24–72 hours). Clients may complete payments through this portal without requiring a subscription. Freelancers must utilize designated modules (Cask/Pryv/Glimz/Mira) to enforce payment verification, encryption, and automated watermark removal.


6. Module Implementation Guidelines

Modules provide specialized workflows for different file types:

  • Cask: For code and development assets
  • Pryv: For image preview and delivery
  • Glimz: For document sharing (coming Q2 2025)
  • Mira: For media clip previews (coming Q3 2025)

All modules enforce payment-contingent access and maintain irreversible encryption until transaction confirmation. Client-facing outputs are governed by HYPR-R0UT, while freelancer interfaces retain administrative controls.


7. Support Escalation Pathways

Support availability scales with subscription tiers:

  • Hobby: Community forums & FAQs
  • Pro: Priority email support (48-hour response time)
  • Premium: Dedicated account manager (24-hour response time)
  • Team: Dedicated SLA support (4-hour response time)

Technical issues impacting service delivery must be reported via founders@bl0q.app, with resolution timelines defined by plan-specific service level agreements (SLAs). Critical system outages are prioritized within 2 hours of verification.


8. Policy Compliance

Users must adhere to file size limits, watermarking requirements, and deletion protocols. Violations may result in project suspension or account termination. Data retention policies align with GDPR and CCPA standards, with full deletion executed upon written request.
